Additionally, Scholarships will only be paid to academic institutions within the United States.

To maintain the integrity of the selection process, certain individuals are not eligible to apply to the Scholarship Fund. This includes Officers, Directors, Members, or Employees of The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., or any other party involved in the development or administration of the Scholarship Fund.

Immediate family members, such as parents, children, siblings, or spouses of these individuals, as well as individuals living in the same household, are also not eligible to apply.

The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at its sole discretion.

The application process for scholarships does not require any purchase or payment. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specified and submit a complete application through The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., platform before the application deadline. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to abide by the Official Scholarship Rules.

The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or application that is inaccurate, incomplete, or believed to be generated by automated means, scripts, or the result of plagiarism. It is essential to provide accurate and genuine information in your application.

All decisions made regarding the scholarships, including the selection of the winner(s) are final and binding. In the event that no qualified applications are received, The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., reserves the right not to award a scholarship.

The award will be applied towards the recipient’s tuition fees upon submission of proof of enrollment. Unless stated otherwise, scholarship funds will not be paid directly to the recipient.

By accepting a Scholarship Award, recipients agree to release The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., and its employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, and shareholders from any liability, loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from their participation in the Scholarship Fund.

The Taylor 829 Foundation, Inc., reserves the right to modify or terminate Scholarships at any time, with or without notice, for any reason at its sole discretion.

Scholarship recipients are solely responsible for any state or federal tax liability associated with accepting the scholarship. In the event that any provision of the Scholarship ‘Terms and Conditions’ or these Official Scholarship Rules is deemed void, voidable, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
